Engine slightly missing at low speed (Opinions)
Guy's, my 95 993, recently started surging (for a lack of better terms) at low speeds. almost like it is short of fuel.
Could this possible be a dirty fuel filter or could it be the DME getting ready to fail?
In any case, have any of you experienced this before i start running in the wrong direction trying to figure it out or am i just over reacting to something that is normal. It is very slight as I drive slow and it just started doing this. It does not occur while accelerating but when traveling at a steady slow speed.

Misc thoughts:
ISV (2nd'ing the above comment, but should be only issue at idle. clean anyways)
Check for vacuum leaks
Probably not a DME, but throw your backup one in there for a while. (WHAT? You don't have a backup DME in the car? Shame on you... )
Where's your preventative maintenance at? Plugs, wires, cap, rotor, fuel injector cleaning, fuel filter... How many years/miles/condition?
