Grabbed the keys this morning and noticed something strange feeling about them, it turns out that the small Porsche emblem fell out of the head. I looked around inside the car, when I put the keys etc. to no avail, it's gone.

I ran a search without any luck, anyone know if just the emblems are available? Would I have to purchase the whole key head?

The emblems are for sale on their own on eBay. I haven't checked with a dealer to see if one can just buy the emblem. I need one too, but I'm likely going to buy a whole new key so I can get the LED lit version and so I have a spare.

I replaced mine at the dealer for about $12. Glued it back on with DB Weld.

...and most of the time at price points higher than dealer retail; just for the uninformed who "shop" there.

I read Spyder's reply, opened another tab, ran a search, clicked on "Buy it Now" and I will likely have at at my door mid-week.

For me that was worth an extra 4 to 5 dollars.....................
