C&C Tustin?
Looks like the de facto location is somewhere in Tustin. Anyone know if this is more concrete? It is not mentioned on the old C&C Irvine site but seems to be the new location. Anyone have anything to add?

This is the info I have; and I am not sure if a certain property manager has not since put the kabosh on said C&C, as I have been physically out of circulation for the past 7 wks. I'm sure other members can confirm or deny location and validity.
