I'm thinking of using extra virgin olive oil in my 993 for those cold morning starts, I heard on the Interweb that it works well and pumps up the cam lobes real fast, also gives an extra 35hp at 7500rpm. What do you think?

I think it is closer to 40 hp increase.... If you also use it in your transmission it reduces the parasitic loss down to 1 or 2 percent..... Crank hp then equals WHP

From what my somelier is telling me, the italian stuff doesn't have very much (if any) TBHQ? You might be better off with some of the USA sourced boutique olive oils that don't go rancid so quickly.

The prototype is made from hamster pelts and wood chips.

Come on, seriously?! I'm not farming this out to a guy with a backyard forge in rural China.

The domestic manufacturers in question already makes a bunch of very nice top end suspension components.

That means little to me. I don't care who makes it, I care who will put their name behind it.
Will they know proper specs? How will it be tested? What's the warranty length?

Kind of an important part you know...

The part is not that stout as originally designed. I am sure if he's asking someone to make an EVO copy, it'll be more that strong enough than the RS bits we're "pinning". They're not under a ton of force. It's not some huge 2" diameter 4X4, off road tie-rod. Get the damn thing made and show us what ya got! As long as they're not extremely expensive, you'll be able to sell as many as they can make.

It has become progessively worse. Not sure what i should do first? My 993C4S does not suffer the same?
Sorry for OT....

I have an interest as I already need. I would prefer these. My gut tells me if this product were to become available, the seller would have no problem moving enough product to have made tooling worth it, and making a continual profit.

We need this, AND the special extra virgin olive oil ( with the correct additives to protect our cam lobes).
