Hey Rudy, how do you get away with leaving the front hoods open while the battery tenders are attached? Doesn't that drain your battery?

Beautiful... So nice to see such a carefully curated group. I like that they are G and later.. ahead of the curve.

Jakob , that day when I went to the storage and try to crank the cars on they were dead, I came to the conclusion that i had screwed up! Yeap all batteries of the 993's and 964's were dead I thought that by turning off the inside 2 lights everything would be ok , but not the case now they are all closed

Ah, I see! Bummer!!! I thought maybe you had a solution for that, that's why I asked! I hate crimping the CTEK wires with the hood closed, even at the bottom corners of the hood. It closes wierd and I'm concerned about the hood and the rubber seals... This winter, I've got the battery out of the car and it's on a tender on its own. I hope this works out! LOL..

In the past, I've just manually actuated the hood latch while the hood is open (a screw driver works). This shuts off the light and leaves as much room as you need for your charger cable.

Rudy, That 91 Turbo looks spectacular. That was the car I was pining for when I bought my first 911- couldn't swing the turbo then and I am sure it's WAY out of reach now. I'd love to see some up close and personal pictures of that beauty.
