Anybody tried BAFX OBD2 scanner?
Seems cheap with good reviews
Any other recommendations? Not sure if this can be synced with track app?

I got one a couple years ago. Works as advertised. Probably not as good as a more expensive model but thought it would be handy to keep in the glove box. 2 critiques, it sticks out quite aways. You can drive with it plugged in, but it is in the way. A 90 degree adapter would be a great addition if they make them. 2. the torque app is tied to your phone. Whenever you get a new phone one more thing to move over and get working...

I received the BAFX scanner. It works great, although feels super cheap. 5 dollar Torque App works well and has a few additional plugins. I'm curious to try racing plugin, which basically turns your android device into race display (with RPMs, gears, and various indicators).
I used nexus 7 with it. It worked well on 993 and benz, but I haven't had enough time to play long enough with it.
It seems to indicate readiness flags as well. They all showed up complete, which I found surprising as I drove the car only a few times since disconnecting the battery.
Overall pretty good for 20 dollar plug-in plus 5 dollar app.
