I have an older HIDs in headlights but just simply want to do incandescent in parking lights. Though, maybe I should go to LEDs there.

That isn't a fog light! it's a parking/side marker light!

This is not the factory fitted original combined fog and marker light enclosure. The pictured lamp is no fog light, it is a common side/marker light lamp used in the "Turbo S" scoops. . It uses 42mm festoon bulbs. I recommend using a LED festoon bulb in this to macth the colour your HID lights.
Cheers,
Tore

Tore, do you know what bulb is used in stock enclosure for the parking light? Is it standard P21/5W, same as for turn signals?

I guess you mean the park/marking light in the front fog light housing? They are Ba9S bulbs. Turn signal bulbs are all BA15S/1156 type on euro cars. US cars are using BAY15D/1157 in front turn signals. (double filament bulb)
You see the full bulb setup explanation in my T-LED kits, I have several versions depending on needs.
Cheers,
Tore
