I bought a set of RH 3.6 a few years back and have no real issues with the build quality of them. I had a very slow leak on one that I traced to the rim bolts needing tightening - since then nada. I would obviously like the real deal but otherwise, they good.

I bought a set of Kinesis BW Motorsport 3.6 cup wheels off a Rennlister a few years ago. They're very light and I never had a leak. I love the offset and how they transform my 993. IMO these wheels are very high quality.

Pretty wheel, but that does not look to be a Kinesis Cup (Super Cup) Wheel.. maybe Kinesis rim halves.

I wondered about that myself. I just took the sellers word that they are "cup" wheels. I really didn't care what they were called at the time, but now it would be nice to know what they are.

The wheel halves are from Kinesis - the centers are made in Japan by BW Motorsport. They are the '3.6' model and were sold by Wheel Enhancements among others. The 18" versions had a slightly wider (and more accurate) spoke shape.

Tramont definitly makes the most accurate replica & as mentioned above can be spec'd with a wider lip on the rear wheels, which is a nice look. You can't really argue that the veloce's look great for the cost - you just have to hope that the plastic glued in place rim bolts dont fall off.
