Quite an experience, up at 5 to get ready, cars and coffee in the winter cold, then very spirited driving through some of California's remote areas, really nice to avoid all the urban congestion. That is until the route home.

Mike, it was great to meet you and your son. I can't get over those wheels, very nice.

Pretty sad. Look at the sunroof panel and rear quarter panel buckle. This was one of my favorite cars here. Everything is fixable for a price.....

Yeah .. it's pretty bad .. but it's a RUF, so I'd bet we haven't seen the last of this car. If it's repaired correctly, it will be expensive, but worth it.

Very good news. I was actually just watching a show and it said Grundy insurance has a policy where you not only get reimbursed for the repair, you can also get a check for the diminished value since it has now been wrecked.

The only thing I have heard is the video and the facebook info. Might be best off not posting anything here regarding the accident or the drive so there isn't bad or misinformation out there. Just sayin..
