One of the best looking 17" Porsche wheels IMO....

They look good no matter which color they are.....

Definitely worth doing something different, it's a huge update.

In my opinion a lot depends on the color of the car. Here is my 97 C2S Speed Yellow with 18' Black Turbo Twist. Folks (including myself) love the contrast.

I need to paint mine the color of brake dust (race brakes for tracking). Lol.

I can just scrape off some dust and send it in for color match. It's pretty close to these rims. Think ... charcoal dust from a fast burn. Lol.

I want to do this with my 17" cups. I hate the chromed ones I have now the previous owner put on. Roughly how much to convert the ones I have?

I am seriously considering just having mine sand - blasted and clear coated. I have three sets total. I think the original color is best.

The so-called Cup2 wheel looks best in a light colour, because in a dark colour all those wonderful curves are lost.

This is just silver paint, not chromed.

I don't like chromed cup 2s either.
For some reason, the stock color on the cup 2s just does nothing for me on light colored cars. They look dull.

Hi all, is there anybody here clever enough to scan images of the wheels onto different colour cars???
I really like the look of the black set, in part because it may help to hide brake dust. Brake-dust would put me off the white wheels. I have aventuragreen - wonder how the black or grey wheels would look.
Cheers - David
