Default Rare Porsche 1998 C2s for sale-Part 2

-Color Matched Cocoa Mats
-Interior near flawless slight wear showing on driver's bolster (Leatherique annually)
-Original plastic transmission gate changed to leather shifter surround, original included
-Original Cassette holder included, currently with open tray
-Vinyl paint shield on left rear arch faded and should be replaced
-All factory original paint, glass, seals, with the exception:
Car has One STORY: I was struck by a small deer on the passenger side one fall morning in 2007 with damage to the right door and right rear forward wheel arch. No panel replacement required, no suspension, frame, or glass damage. I have included as many images as was allowed, a complete portfolio available in the records.
I have tried to accurately describe my car and would welcome a quality PPI. I have learned a bit recently about selling a car and in the process have discovered that my car is likely worth more than I had originally thought; given it's a low mileage C2S, built on what was likely the last day of NA air cooled production, and likely the only color combination of its kind in the US.
I am asking what I feel is a fair price in this market of 65K. Again, I am posting here knowing there are many knowledgeable enthusiasts here who realize the rarity and value of this car. If it doesn't sell, I'll put it to bed for the winter and evaluate the market next spring with focus on a broader audience.

PM me if interested
Thanks for looking and enjoy!
Chris

Noticed this car for sale back in the day... https://rennlist.com/forums/993-foru...-metallic.html

GLWS, but that price is just crazy, especially with the damage and tippy.

Hey, if it were a stick and a Turbo, it'd be priced at $150K all day long.

So, knock $50K off for no turbo and another $20K because it's not a stick and slight damage and we're not so far off the mark, are we?

Prices for these cars keep rising every day. With Turbos with over 50K miles going for over $100K, it seems these prices will lift ALL 993s, especially S models with low miles.

Seems crazy, but that's the new reality with 993 prices

Two questions:

1. How is the above scenario any different than putting no price and causing a bidding war, either on the board or via PM.

2. Why doesn't OP simply post a FS ad in the For Sale section where you HAVE to post a price as opposed to the technical forum section where he's asking for bids.

Rennlist rules REQUIRE a price in any For Sale ad.

I understand your point. "Offers" instead of "bids" would have probably been a better choice of words.

That said, he can accept offers all day long if he wants, but at $80K for a tip, I doubt this will create much of a problem.

Sure beats a "whats my car worth" fake For Sale BS thread

One question for you... You were banned as 'deadhead1960', why are you still here under a different account name?

OP, nice ad and GLWS. You might want to edit the photo with the account info.
