Yeah, we're definitely lucky. They are both great cars. I spent some time in the 993 last week and it's such a wonderful machine.

Thanks! I wasn't in position to purchase one at regular asking prices either but this thing just appeared out of the blue. Didn't cost a whole lot more than what I got for my turbo so I had to pounce.

I had the same driving impressions as you did with my 997TT. Fast, really fast, but too subdued. There's nothing like a rear wheel drive car.

Wow very nice car and in red too, which is another big bonus especially with those options like the carbon bucket seats.

I think the fact that you got it for Gen1 pricing, OMG that is amazing in this GT3 market. Like the 993, you just have to be fast on the trigger when on the hunt.

I've driven both a 6GT3 and 7.1GT3 (almost back to back) and honestly they were both amazing to drive. Looking forward to your long term updates, but I believe they will most likely be more positive with time.
