Update or keep it stock? (pics)

After purchasing my completely original and bone stock 2S with 29K it went to my Indy for PSS10's and ROW height before I even brought it home. All the original stock stuff is in box in the attic.
Same with the 210 versus 220 with faceplate mode and iPod connector. Original Becker is in the attic.
And yes, last but not least I bought a second set of cans and did the LPMM (poor mans Fister) mod. Original cans in the attic.
So in 2037 when the car is 40 years old I can reverse these mods in a weekend and display it at Pebble Beach.
Until then I will continue enjoying how it handles and sounds when I take it out and put it through the paces.

That article may be true for collectors. But I think most who drive will want se changes to their suspension. And one can always buy a new set of Monroes if they feel so inclined, and reverse that mod.

No. Still US.
Rear wheels/tires are too outboard (et 58 v. 65) & rub on big bumps when with a heavy passenger. Tires are 1" greater diameter than OE size. So, need stock-size tires at the least. If I can get hubs machined closer to OE set back, I'll lower.

This. This is exactly the look I want.
Inre collectibility - it's not so much that I'm only thinking about its value in 30 years at the expense of enjoying it now, it's that I sort of feel I have a responsibility to be a custodian of an original car for future owners. If the car had already been modded, I wouldn't worry about it at all. But with a perfectly original example, it just feels a bit like I might be defacing the car if I do anything irreversible. The question, then, is would future-me view something like Walrod bushings as "irreversible" (or for that matter, "defacement")?
For now, based on the great feedback here, the plan is now M033 suspension, those MY02 thin-spoke wheels, and probably at least the control arm bushings. I'm undecided on the shocks - they're in good shape but of course are old so I'm going to look into whether the originals should be rebuilt or replaced. Inside stays untouched; fortunately the original owner had cup holders installed as a DIO and the cassette holder is sitting in a bag next to my desk.
