Default Car Care Products

I am trying to decide what product(s) to use to clean and protect the leather and vinyl in my interior. It gets hot here in Memphis, and I want to make sure my interior is protected. Any opinions?

I like 303 protectant on vinyl. Lots of options and opinions on leather. I like the Leathermasters products

Here we go again but I'll chime in. I've used all these products before X10 and found that Leatherique has worked the best and smelled the best.

http://www.leatherique.com/

Totally biased. I LOVE THEIR STUFF!

May i suggest you use the search box at the top of this page - enter what you want to find info on and voila, you may or may not find what you want. Frankly, it's a poor search engine. Google search is better.

X50type,
I was just being a smart a$$. I have used the search function more times than I can count. Rennlist is a tremendous repository of knowledge and I was curious to see if anyone had discovered a new product. Looks like the old, tried-and-true products are still the ones to reach for.

Following some suggestions from around here, I use Aerospace 303 on everything but the leather and carpet. And use Leatherique on the leather.

The enemy of leather is UV, there are tints that filter out much of the UV, not all, but every bit helps! I have a light tint on my car, mostly for UV rejection, most of the visible light comes through.

Keeping the car out of the sun is best if possible, but granted, tree sap is not a good choice. Car covers should only be used when the car is clean.

Other than that, I am a big fan of Leatherique, we use it on our furniture as well.

303 on plastic, rubber and vinyl.

Zaino Z10 on all leather.

Distilled water and denatured alcohol for glass. 2:1.

OptiCoat on the paint now. Adam's Quick Detailer after a wash.

Armor All Wheel Protectant.
