Seems to be rattling with the sunroof closed. Not sure which part to check. Getting really annoying sound wise.

I guess it would help if you could point out where exactly the sound is coming from and why you think it's the deflector? Can you tell if it's a metallic (cable or slide assembly) or plastic sound like the deflector? Does it appear to work normally? Does it vary according to speed? Is it a vibration or just an air leak? What condition is your felt in? Does the sunroof close all the way?

There are nuts that can come loose over time and also small plastic pieces on the sides of the deflector that are easily broken.

sounds like I need to check those. I'm assuming they are related to parts 22-25 on the diagram

With the car off, start tapping with your finger/knuckle/something soft-ish, on the sunroof to try and replicate the noise. Work your way around the edge, across the middle, try from the inside... I've found rattles this way.

And open up the sunroof and look for broken stuff....make sure the stuff in the PET picture above is all in properly in place.
