Default New seats!!!

So I finally got and installed the seats I've been wanting for a very long time. Full leather pole positions! Thank you Lopro!

Installation was a bit of a pain in the *** (especially for someone like me that's not the most handy person around), but at the end of the day they are in and functioning perfectly! Took a bit of fiddling around but overall not too hard.

I must say that anyone thinking about upgrading their current seats just needs to get them. They really make you feel at one with the car and are amazingly comfortable. Not sure the wifey loves them yet but I'm sure she will learn to love them.

I just think they look so right in the car!

Want a set badly! Biggest question is how those big white Recaro letters are on the side plates? Stickers? They would be the first thing to go.

Awesome, pole positions are my favorite seat by a mile. The red belts go perfect with them too.

Those aren't mandatory. I used Brey Krause hardware to mount the Recaros in my 911. Pure black, no bling.

They are stickers anyways so I can certainly just remove them. Actually don't mind them though!

Need a full report after some good drives. Some have said the leather is hot.

I've definitely noticed the seats feel hotter than the stockers. Its been pretty warm here in Calgary for the past few weeks though. Not the norm though so not too worried about it. I can say though that the seats make you feel so much more connected to the road. Car feels a lot more raw now which might sound silly but it just does. Lastly, is it at all realistic that one would feel the difference in weight from the stock seats with respect to acceleration? It might be all in my head but the car feels a little more lively. I guess it could be the weight savings however I doubt it! Placebo effect maybe!

Nice, they look like 993 RS seats. What's the weight saving?

Not 100% sure. I think the stock seats weigh around 50-55 pounds and the PP's I believe are around 15-20 pounds.
