Stunning difference. Car revs much faster, clutch feels like a turbo (very light). My only regret was not doing it earlier..

Definitely increase in noise (as mentioned earlier in the thread.. when it's warm) and gear lash. After a few hours of driving, actually prefer it!
Love to try a car equipped with this setup.

If you do, you'll be replacing 2 clutches

Mine had the OEM clutch and flywheel and I've driven one w/ the RS setup. Both were 95s and while it took a handful of shifts to get used to it, I wouldn't hesitate to do it in my next one.

No stalling issues on my 96.

much quicker spool up, freeway on ramps are a LOT of fun, even more than before.

once the car is warm, there is a little more noise at idle, but not really a big deal, Honestly, I only notice it if I specifically think about it, otherwise, I am too busy enjoying driving.

LWF installed by Ninemeister 2 weeks ago in my 94. Parts all supplied by OPC. No stalling but the gearbox chatter disturbs my passengers. Feels like another 50bhp in the lower gears.

They know the part numbers, email them for a price.

Most suppliers source from a Porsche dealer anyway, why not go direct and have the Porsche warrantee.

Unless you're having a dealer put the parts in, I'm sure there's no warranty Porsche would honor on parts.

Not true. If you buy the parts from a dealer they come with the warranty. The issue is you or someone other than dealer install the parts and the part goes bad under warranty Porsche will not pay the labor to take out the bad part and install the replacement.

That's good to know. I would've thought that without an authorized install on a wear item, that they would have an easy out. Thanks

I have always wondered why people have such a hard time finding parts when they are available at the Porsche dealer.

Dealers like Sunset make the process so easy, usually at a competitive price...throw in the warrantee...and one has to wonder why the mystery on where to buy parts???

I have a whole bunch of parts including the RS stuff and the while your in there stuff…on the theory that eventually I will need a new clutch and Porsche prices go up every year…threads like this just make me want to pull the trigger.
