You are referring to this part correct?
http://www.ebay.com/itm/1995-Porsche...3a7df1&vxp=mtr
(My listing)
Because your part number is not showing up anywhere.
Correct me if I am wrong anyone but I believe this controls the dash lights, Turns them off/on when needed. By dash lights I mean all the warning lights in the gauges.

"646" group part numbers fall into the Telephone section of the European 993 Katalog but I cant find a 330-00. The part number you posted in the other thread is 993-641-330-00 which is a Module that looks like this:
You keep asking about a switch next to your headlamp switch that, if it IS a headlamp self leveling switch, would have a part number of 993-613-230-00 (+01C but thats just the color code which usually arent marked on the part)... so...
Are you simply misreading/typing the part number that is actually on it, or are you trolling us in the 993 forum with tiny "mistakes" because you know we're all insanely thorough and will continue to try to figure this out for you at all costs? LOL
If it looks like this, its a headlamp leveling switch/dial... otherwise, post a pic:
