AC Output Test Procedure?
Does anyone have the appropriate procedure for testing AC output temp on a 993?
I seem to remember something like:
1. AC on "Recirculate" with highest blower setting.
2. Thermostat set to coldest temp.
3. Engine running at xxxx RPM.
4. Appropriate output temp was determined by a chart referencing ambient air temp.
I thought I had a hard copy of the procedure but can't find it. "Search" yields a lot of discussion about leaky evaporators and faulty resistors.
Thanks,
Terry

Does this help:

If I recall, the engine is 2,000 rpm. The temperature charts from the workshop manual are at the bottom of this page:
