I am swapping out my e-brake handle for a black one to match my custom shift ****....anything I should know about before going for it? I have removed the center console cover before, but just cant remember what it will entail to swap out the e-brake. Anyone done it and have any tips?

Its super easy! Just remove the console, remove the bolts holding it to the floor, maneuver the cables out of the old and back through the new one, bolt it down, & replace the console. I was really thinking it was going to be a much bigger job than it really was.

swap ratchet teeth from old handle to new,so it will stay in the locked position.
