Cant wait to see this...
And here is some advice for any 993'ers thinking the grass is greener on the 997 GT3 side. I truly miss Smurf... As has been said 1000 times before, there really is nothing like a 993. Sure, the GT3 is faster...but the sum of the experience isn't the same.
I am currently building a GT3 track car in much the same fashion as Smurf - there are many more "obstacles" and "what-ifs" in the 997 world when compared to 993s....not to mention double/triple the cost of just about everything.
Given the chance, I'd buy back Smurf in a heartbeat and dump the GT3. Just my 2-cents...and I will own another 993 someday...probably very soon.

.... Wheels are actually Brombachers, have new barrels and am rebuilding them to 9"f and 11"r.Great combination. You need to be careful about washers/spacing and filing around the base of the shifter and shift tube to make things perfect. Feel free to PM me if you go this route.
