Jay…I have Immo Block installed and will be buying/programming a new fob in near future. Can this be done with IB installed or should I reinstall the gong relay? Thx.

Yes, the procedure in your owner's manual will work with IB installed. The gong relay isn't needed for that.

Sure enough, sending +12V from the battery to gong relay pin 85 made my immobilizer light come on! Thanks for doing the heavy lifting on this one
