I just found this thread 2 days ago. Today I gave my car the GT3RS 4.0 stripe. I think it looks Superbad. My Wife has already renamed it Herbie...
I going to do her Lexus GS next time she goes out of town.
Pictures mañana.

I've been trying to decide for two years and you go there in two days? You are the man!

Pictures already!

Here ya go! For your Arena Red, I'd go black stripe with silver trim... Please ignore the 13 year-old in the pax seat.

Still working on the rear. Going to try something different soon...

With a painted grill, I think you'll have to do it too. The pics don't really look as good as it does in person. I used a 7" stripe with 1/4 inch border stripes. For the hood, I tapered the stripe from 7" at the vent to 5" on each side of the top of the crest. Then I used a salad plate as a template to cut the radius for the crest surround.

Look good and quite a head turner. The stripes seems cozy by looks. This is one good alternative that instead of wrapping your car all over it, putting a character onto it is something good to consider.

Like this deign i had in my car.
