Default OS giken back in stock sooner then expected... How many do we need?

Hey there everyone,

I just got off the phone with OS Giken and we have access to several of these differentials much sooner than anticipated.

I wanted to take a quick poll here to find out how many of these we need to get in for everyone. I don't think that they are going to last long, and I don't want anyone to have to wait longer then they have too.

Please post a comment here, AND give me a call, just so that I can make sure no one gets missed.

Pricing on these for rennlist members is $1,890.00 plus shipping. These are showing themselves to be very strong and VERY well received by those who like to track their cars.

Thanks for checking this out and as always, I am happy to help.

Erik,.
Just curious, have any 993 owners actually purchased these diffs since you started advertising here?

Some of this Japanese stuff is just too awesome. There was an article about OS Giken in one of the recent Import Tuner magazines, very nice sounding product. I really like the parts that are advertised on race cars but no one talks about on forums.

The Giken has been discussed here I believe, albeit not as much as the Guards units of course. I spent quite some time talking with folks on the phone & email between the two choices. While many are turned off because of it's Japanese tuner scene roots, that genre of motorsports has good products from time to time

Andreas- In terms of 993, GT2, GT3, and TT owners that have these differentials installed so far, I would say conservatively that we have probably 30 of these in cars now. Thus far I have yet to hear from anyone that was not happy with this differential, in fact the general consensus so far is very similar to Jim's, that being they have all been very pleased.

The OS Giken has been most warmly received in the racing applications more than any other.

I hope that this helps,
