They seem to from design to look a little different. Here from the TechArt homepage.

Looks to me like the lens may say Hella on it if that helps narrow it down.

First I've ever seen of this design. I have the Techart fakies from HK (ebay) and they are real knock offs. The ones you show look good although I have no idea where they're from.

Those out of HK I believe are copies of the original Porsche. I never herd good about them. They don’t seem to fit right. But these fit nicely I try take a picture in a bumper fitted. Does anybody have a picture of the TechArt air intake not installed.
Yes, they are Hella fog lights from a VW Golf 3. But Hella didn’t make the air duct.

^^ Yep, that's exactly what I have. Fit perfectly and looks factory. Well, all TechArt stuff is quality.

Yes, I did actually buy them. But I still don't know the manufacture of them. I am getting them ready for paint.
