NO NO NO ... the only "real" Los Angeles Police Charity is "The Los Angeles Police Memorial Foundation". Their web site is; http://www.lapmf.org/.

It is an outstanding organization. Among many other fine acts that they do, they also provide a college education for any child of a Los Angeles Police Officer killed in the line of duty.

However, they don't have those neat 11-99 Foundation license plate frames.

I've had bad experiences with several members of the LAPD. Sorry to come off so callous.
