Default Out from Hibernation

First Time I washed the car after a clay bar and Sonax Polymer treatment in the fall. Repainted wheels in a light Hypersilver, new tires, centers, redone fogs.
I am pleased.

The re-finish Cup II's in light Hyper-silver is fantastic!
Could you pass along the paint brand/type of the Hyper-silver? Seems I recall Hyper-silver formally speaking is a "process & color" attribute developed in Germany. ?? Maybe yes, maybe no? Either way, the Cup II's look great.

Thanks,
2 types of hyper silver that I know of, powder coat and wet paint. Mine are wet. Rims painted black first, then silver so the black peaks through. More silver = lighter color overall. Powder is all in one. I like the wet better but a few considerations; paint needs to be hard so it is not ruined when tires are installed, longer cure time even when baked on. I left mine without tires all winter in the house. Wet paint also requires a higher skill level of painter. Mine were messed up the first time, had to be redone. The shop stood up though. Damn near perfect second time around. I had new colored centers painted at the same time.
Cheers
Allan
