Edit: Of course, you could just get the GTS and this comes standard.
Not when I ordered my car in late 2013 for an early 2014 delivery.

Do dealerships have the correct template?

I've been putting off my bumper repair out of fear they won't re-badge it properly.

All dealerships should have the correct template as they are sent by Porsche.

Clearly there's a market for someone to make/sell several templates.

I need to change out my shiny silver 911 Carrera S script for body colored Carrera and guards red S, but I've hesitated because it's not an easy job. I'd love to debadge one day and use a template to quickly rebadge - makes it a quick weekend job. All this trial and error and measuring assures my lazy self won't attempt it!

My car was debadged. I bought black stone guards, and black "Carrera S" for the rear end. I am taking the car to get detailed when the weather warms up and was told they would install everything as part of the job.

Unique Car Care is one of the best detailers in the Boston area, so I assumed they either bought the template, or made their own from another 991.
Since most dealers are at $150 an hour, that's in line.

Yup. Their template attaches to the tail lights somehow. Had my silver "paragraph " replaced with PORSCHE 911 in black recently and its perfect. Black tailpipes and wheels on GR.
