I posted on another thread the idea of applying CQuartz to a Sapphire Blue Metallic 919 without using PPF first.

Had a related question: Can I get some real-world feedback from owners on how their SBM cars turned out with PPF? (I'm worried about losing some of the paint's glossiness and shine.) Could you tell that the car had film? I know this has been discussed before but can't find the thread again...

So basically, how did it work out for you? How long have you had it on? If I get PPF, is CQ a "must?"
