Default 2018 Porsches on US Configurator - Changes

Looks like a $1700 price increase across the board and just about every option is up around 2% or so.

I noticed one new option. PSE with black tips for the same cost as with silver tips.

Anybody else see any changes with the 2018s?

Wowwww... did we really lose our full beige interior? I guess a civil suit will do that. I had my whole build prepped and geared around that. Damn.

And I see very little added as standard to justify an approximate 2% increase.

In my search, I've been looking for luxor beige interiors, but I want the top part to be black. I think all of the full colors look to be too much (red, luxor beige, even the blue) of one color.

I hadn't even considered that there may be glare issues.

I do like the black and beige combo. Personally, I love the beige colored steering wheel and dash. The glare isn't bad with polarized sunglasses that most of us wear when it is bright outside. Granted, I did worry if I forgot my glasses would it be an issue. My only issue with the black and beige combo is the entire upper is black and I really wanted that beige. It would almost be better if the upper and steering wheel were beige, but then black behind the upper portion of the dashboard to remove any potential glare. Perhaps that is something they will work on.

I will say, I am excite to see the black tail pipes on the PSE now available on the US config.. less excited everything got a hike in price. I have a hard time justifying a C2 which is now flirting at the 110-115 range equipped the way most will like.
