The map display on my 2013 Carrera S always seems to go back to the default view from the "Birds Eye View" that I selected previously. I couldn't find anything about that on the owner's manual.

On my BMW and most other cars the map settings would be saved to the last used. Is this normal behavior?

Remember to save your setting onto your key, the 3rd button on the door (has a key emblem on it). I don't know about the Bird's Eye view but I was able to set my default zoom level onto my key.

Thanks! I didn't realize that. I have always thought it was just a third setting.
