Stock PSE retrofit worth it over the aftermarket?

Thanks for the update. I added my console post AWE install, but I was always curious what type of difference it would make by taking the approach that you did.

That is awesome. Good to know! Does that just mean the PSE of is also louder on WOT even when the sport exhaust isn't pressed?

I'm asking if at WOT with the PSE option is it louder or is it just the crackling and popping?

Don't think I would have thought of this fix, but its a good one, thank you. I have the an S cab, and simply accessed and disconnected the butterfly valve actuator vacuum lines and plugged them (Gundo hack). Sounds much better at <3500 rpm as you indicate and 95% of my driving is under 3500 rpm anyway. No switchable option though.

Considering doing this. Did you just cap them with vacuum line caps?
