What's the difference? HCS Covers in Deviated vs. Exterior Color?
Specifically, between these two: headlight cleaning system covers in exterior color vs. headlight cleaning system covers in deviated exterior color?
I always wondered about this... so what's the difference?
TIA...

I thinks it's a different color than exterior color.

Yeah come to think of it... I need to eyeball examine mine much closer.
I think the HCSC are painted Carmine Red since mine has the Deviated Exterior Color option... or maybe I'm just colorblind since it gets saturated when contrasted against the Guards Red exterior.

diveated would be some color other than ext color. Whos going to pick it? Them or do they give you a option to make the pick?
All in all, I dont think its worth anything to make those little parts any color

You pick if it's deviated. Definitely worth making them exterior color for me, I really dislike the chrome washers.

You pick the color when selecting the Option from a color palette.
Example, my 991.2 is Carmine Red with Gloss Black HCS to match the Gloss Black Engine cover, wheels and Matt Black tail pipes, sort of as Gloss Black Tail Pipes were not available.
HCS could have been Carmine Red as my rear only has Porsche in Carmine Red.-Richard

The level of customization Porsche gives us on special order cars is truly amazing and great. This is a good example. I'm not a YUGE fan of the actual HCS, I realize they are necessary evil of the bi-xenon and LED headlights, but at least they can be 'match to exterior' to make them less noticable. That's what I did. I say anything but crome.
