Default 991.2 Sport Design Package

Have these hit the streets yet? The only images I can find are from the auto show reveal a couple months ago.

Looking forward to seeing some photos from owners or dealer stock.

Tried to order the Sport Design Rear Spoiler, Porsche told my dealer not available for Targa GTS when he submitted the order so had to go standard.

991.2 models on PCNA Configurator are all down for maintenance today except for the GT3 and GTR. Maybe they are making some changes...

If only I could be so lucky as to have those changes include the restoration of the ducktail.

Thats the new 991.2 decklid section on a 991.1 with sport design no? Because the opposite wouldn't work out given the location of cooling ports for the new motor...

Edit...wait, is that a 991.2? I'm just now seeing the holes at the bottom and realizing that he put the 991.1 wheels on...thats really interesting if that doesnt negatively impact anything with the engine cooling...

I'd like to hear more about this as well. It's hard to believe that Porsche would not offer this on the .2 if there were not real issues w/ cooling.

Hi Guys,

Have this ducktail on my 991.2 for past 4 months, without ANY issues in heating, fitment, or in real driving time. Yes I took the sport techno wheels from a 14 and put them on my 2017 C4s. If you are interested in the ducktail, please PM regards.

+1 - i have GTS 4 CAb on order and could not get the rear spoiler. I have my CA trying to deal with Porsche to at least give it for me at same price when available - can just swap out the spoiler

Love your build, best of both worlds IMO. Performance of the 991.2 with the most attractive design features of the 991.1 (sport techno wheels and duck tail).
