I have the same interior which has special needs. First off leather is either "A" or "P" - which refers to Aniline (non coated) or Protected (coated leather what is found in 99% of interiors).
Most over the counter leather products are not safe to use on A surfaces. I use and recommend the LeatherMasters Product Line - which thankfully indicates which products are suitable for which surfaces. They're customer support is also very good so if you have any questions, I would call and let them take you through the process. It's simply to use the products just there are 3-4 steps and you need to let it dry in between applications - so it takes some time.
The good news is that I only clean the interior 3-4x per year. On a weekly basis I used a damp microfiber towel and simply wipe off the surfaces. After 3 years my interior still looks brand new.

I've never seen a car with "A". Its all coated so conditioner only changes lustre and smell. Good post. Thanks for all the info.

Addys Daddy. Just wanted to thank you again for your various tips. Just did the leather interior with leather masters products you recommended a few weeks ago and the leather looks so much richer now. Thanks!

Question on overspray of convertible roof protectant: I got some Porsche protectant spray on the glass. You can't see it, but can feel the sticky residue and it picks up micro fiber. What is the best way to safely clean it off? Thank you!
