Well, I'll let you watch the video to find out the winner. I'll try not to ruin it, but I will only say that I'm a little disappointed that they didn't expound a bit more on the 911 at the end of the video.

They mentioned the low power of the 991.2 C2S. Wonder how the 991.1 would fare this year? Doubt I will be rushing to the nearest Ford dealer
Also noticed the Mustang was at the front of the cover shoot and the McLaren way in the back.

I'd rather drive a 944 Base than a new ford.

The 991.2 lap times were very respectable... the GT3 and GT3RS still wouldn't have been the most expensive of the bunch.

Porsche should have sent a 991 R! Just as obtainable as an NSX, R8, ACR or McLaren.

Disagree with this...at least on the R8 and Macca. You can go and buy those cars at sticker or less from the dealers in Houston. Don't need to have owned a 918, or pay over sticker, etc. McLaren Houston has 3 brand new 570 S's and 1 570 GT in stock right now.

911 R not so obtainable.

But nonethelsss, it would have been interesting to see how the R fared...

Put R rated tires (like the Mustang's) on a 991.2, put in a 911 of equal price to the McLaren like a Turbo S, and run the test again please.

Actually, don't bother. The tests were entertaining; all three are in damn good company with each other.

Good to see some actual data on the Carrera S 991.2. Enough to prove that Porsche has moved the bar again.

Would have loved to have seen the 911R and also the 570S on R comps.

I have a 991.1 and like turbos. I've had a couple and enjoyed modding them, I'm also on the list for the new Supra. I really like the Turbo, S and last gen GT2RS. I'm not yet convinced on the 3.0T.
