991.2 S 19 Inch Winter Wheels and Tire Sizes
991.2 Owner's Manual lists Carrera and Carrera S 19 Winter Wheels/Tires as:
Tires:
Front: 235/40 R 19 92V Rear: 295/35 R 19 100V
Wheels:
Front: 8.5J x 19 RO 50 Rear: 11J x 19 RO 77
The Tire Rack lists:
Tires:
Front: 235/40 R 19 92 V Rear: 285/35 R19 99V
Wheels:
Front 19 x 8.5 Offset: 54 mm Rear: 19x11 Offset: 62 mm
If the Porsche spec RO values given are offsets, there seem to be large differences between them and those of the Tire Rack Wheels, particularly at the rear.
Am I missing something? Is this likely to be a problem with the Tire Rack wheels and tires?
I have the Tire Rack Wheels and Tires as above from my 991.1 and would like to use them on my 991.2. They are already mounted, balanced, etc. with TPMS sensors installed.
I seem to have read that 991.2 TPMS sensors have been changed from 991.1 sensors. Does anyone know if this is the case and if I will have to obtain new sensors even if I can use the wheels and tires?

Let me try to answer my own question, with the hope that others will either confirm or correct it.
Summer 991.2 OEM 20 inch tire/ wheels combinations are:
Front: 245mm width tires on 49mm offset wheels
Rear: 305 mm width tires on 76 offset wheels:
In comparison to the above, the clearances for the Tire Rack winter/ wheel tires will be:
Front: Same inside clearance, 10 mm more outside clearance
Rear: 24mm more inside clearance, 4mm less outside clearance.
Seems Ok, at least from a clearance perspective:
Suncoast lists the same TPMS sensors for 991.1 and 991.2 series cars. Original 991.1 sensors should be OK on my new 991.2.
Corrections or comments would be welcomed.

My concern was that the Porsche recommendations are not the same as the 991.2 S 19" winter wheel offsets and rear tires sizes specified by the Tire Rack, which I already have left over from my base 991.1.

Not the response to your specific offset question, but on the subject of 991.2 winter wheel size and brakes, I have been researching this for the last week and was able to confirm through my dealer's parts manager that 19" wheels will not fit on cars with carbon ceramic brakes OR 4 wheel steering. Steel brakes are good with 19s.
