I wouldn't say it's noticeable unless the cabin is really cold from AC already.

If I turn it on I don't really notice it... but if I forget to turn it on I'm all sweaty when I arrive.

This is my 4th summer with the ventilated seats.

I found it lately it is getting noisy with 3 bars on and seemed to be not working very well. I never found it too cold if outside temperature in the high 80's and car has been sitting outside. Anthracite brown on black/ Luxor.

Here is a thread that I started

https://rennlist.com/forums/991/9410...eat-noise.html

Still don't have time to take it to the dealer.

Going thru this thread, I am thinking mine is not working as well as it could.

It's hot here at present and I use the vented seats *every* time I take the car out, especially if I am in a suit.

I 100% would re-order and this is one of the options I hummed and hawed about.

I found the ventilated seats in my 991.1 to be much better than those in my Benz.

As Lex mentioned, they pull air from you (as opposed to blowing air on you like the dash vents do). I find they work best when I have a little moisture on my body, much like the condenser in a refrigerator. They are perfect for the track, where you get very hot, have the windows open at all times, and the AC turned off.

My car is less than a week old and the drivers side ventilation is making a buzzing noise. Anyone else?

Congrats on the new ride gregv8! Picked mine up Friday and have been using the ventilated seats all weekend. There isn't no noticeable noise, sounds like you better get it checked out.
