Default Coolant overflow....

I have a 2016 Carrera 4 GTS with 6K miles. After a long or sometimes short drive during warmer temperatures, i notice pink coolant liquid on the garage floor in the vicinity of the left rear tire. Is this coolant overflow because of the air conditioner being run during hotter temperatures ? Normal ?

I don't think that's normal. Once the car has cooled, have you checked the coolant reservoir to see how full or over full it might be?

Not normal. It's a coolant leak. My GTS had the same problem.

First, make sure that the coolant reservoir cap is properly tightened.

I have a 2015 4 GTS and had the exact same issue (with 2K miles). It was a leak. Not normal. Since repair - no fluid on floor.

Everyone, just curious what the problem turned out to be.

My '15 GTS with 16.5k has a small leak now on the drivers side. From under the car, the source location looks to be from nearer the top side of the motor roughly above the left catalytic converter. The coolant hits the converter. Some evaporates off (leaving a smell) and some makes it onto the floor.

It required a quart of distilled water to bring the level to mid point. Looking forward to having the problem fixed.
