wrapped, nanocoated, tinted, ready to go
The car arrived and was quickly wisked off to have it protected.
I took the car to Detail Boss in Scottsdale, AZ and can't say enough good things. They are both an expel and suntech installer. I selected suntech because it is white car. The optics seemed better with suntech. We did the front clip, rockers, front and rear of rear fenders and other little bits. The cars was paint corrected prior to wrap. After the wrap the car was nano coated with Ceramic Pro. Finally the Windows were tinted AZ legal, 35%. This is my first experience with Nanocoat and must say I am very impressed. The paint and the wrap now feel the same, very slippery.
As back ground I have owned more cars than I should publically admit but fell in love with Porsche way back when when a dealer gave a ride to a 12 ish year old kid in a brand new 930. I have raced 944 spec and love attending endurance race events. I have been to Le Mans twice and intend to go back. Anyone going to Road American in a couple of weeks?
As for this car I traded my 10 month old GT4 and an Audi S8 in on the 991.2 C4S. I think it will be a good combination of both. Not too many miles yet but have several trip planned and will report back with thoughts and insights.
Good experience with Chandler Porsche, nice to have Scottsdale have some competition.
