How do you know if the rear spoiler is up or down?

I like that lip spoiler a lot where can I get one ... If you can point me in the right direction I would appreciate it.
In response to the op ... I would love to be able to see the rear spoiler rise up and go down ... I have the Audi R8 and the coolest thing is you get to watch the spoiler rise at 65(not 75 like our 911's) and then go down when you hit 25.
Is it functional at these speeds .... I doubt it but it is cool to see in the rear view mirror.

If you put it up with the button, opening the sunroof doesn't do anything. It only gets the extra extension above 75.

This might be a stupid question. I searched but couldn't find an answer.
I f I am not mistaken, the rear spoiler is supposed to raise itself at higher speeds. I went up to 100 mph or so couple times but couldn't see it going up. It is maybe due to my sitting position (I keep the seat all away down to the floor). Maybe it does go up and I don't see??? When I hit the spoiler button on the console, the button lights up and the spoiler goes up.

Burning Brakes
My car is a .2 with SPASM and I can see my spoiler in the rear view mirror with the sunroof closed. Also when the spoiler is activated manually the red light shows up on the spoiler button. I haven't checked if the light goes on when activated automatically.
This may be another upgrade over the .1.

I was able to confirm it was up when I was driving on the highway at night. The left side of the highway had a continuous concrete barrier. The headlights of the car to the right of me projected a shadow of my car in profile on the barrier where I could clearly tell the spoiler was up.
