Yes. First hand experience. I located one (< 8k mi, geyser grey, pdk, spasm, sunroof) with cpo that my colleague purchased between $116$-119k. Just a few months ago. Out of a very large Florida dealership. The car was as promised and borderline perfect. He's thrilled with the car to say the least.

This one near me is still available. It may not show up on a targeted cars.com search because they don't have it listed correctly as a 911_50. http://www.mercedes-benz-fort-washin...AB2A93ES122810

There's a black 50th at Beverly Hills Porsche. I'm 99% sure it's still there. About a month ago I was negotiating with a salesman on it and they wanted $138k. I believe it has 4K miles on it.
As nice as it is, I didn't think it was worth the asking price. Particularly when looking at other similar CPO cars.
I walked and ended up buying a new 2016 C4S. I'm sure the 50th would have held its value better, but I wanted a car I could drive and not worry about miles etc.

I think values are holding but keep in mind this is a 2 year old car still. I think values have not yet settled maybe? I have been thinking on one as well on MT. Hard to find them but the cherry ones are over $120k asking. I remember seen a few selling for $115k-120k range with

what had me hold out on the 50th car is that i'm not really sure what it is. It seems like a 2014 GTS with a pretty interior and special paint-- except, the GTS didn't come out until 2015. The 50th cars in Europe do not have the powerkit. So, i wonder if the 50th is just a C4S without the 4, but with a snazzy interior and paint. I've been looking for a manual gearbox as well. But is the 50th's manual the same as all the other manuals that went into the 991.1 cars, or is it the better shifting/feeling gearbox that is rumored to have been slipped into the 2015 GTS? That's the part i'm hung on. I love the paint and interior of the 50th, but i'd rather have a better gearbox feel-- so GTS sounds like the safer call.
anyone have thoughts on this?

^^ Not sure I'm following. You're saying you don't know if US 911/50s come with X51 Powerkit? I didn't think that info was hard to glean. Yes. They do. There was never any mention I've ever seen of different shift feel of 911/50 vs. 911S. There has been such mention wrt GTS, but that remains in hot debate as to whether there actually is any improvement, leading one to believe the differences must be so minuscule as to render them a non-decision maker for most.

I'm not confused about the powerkit. north american cars have it. Euro cars don't. i'm very definitely specifically confused about whether the 50th car has the gearbox improvements that have been 'rumored' and written about to be in the 2015 GTS. that's all.
same story on suspension...does the 50th car have the same suspension as a GTS, or is it more like a C4S? i have no idea, but considering the level of detail we routinely get into on this forum, i'd say questioning what the heck a 50th car is is a valid inquiry.
it's clearly not enough to simply conclude it's a special C4S with 2WD and powerkit-- although that may very well be what it is!!! I'm wondering specifically how the car differs from a GTS- the only other rear-drive widebody in the lineup.

The 911/50 is mechanically IDENTICAL to the rwd GTS. Lots of cosmetic stuff but engine/tranny/suspension the same with the same options. Cosmetic stuff substantial but I won't bother listing.

ok. I'll trust you. I just didn't think the 50th shared the GTS suspension because all of the reviews i've ever seen on the car indicate the 50th shares the exact mechanicals of the Carrera S-- which rides softer than the standard setting in the GTS. I have no way to challenge your assertion that a 50th is in fact a GTS with an interior-- but you sound confident, and that's more than i have.

I can't swear on a stack of bibles but mine was the first delivered in NA and I have read every article on it. That's the best I can do. Best video on it is the motor trend 911/50 vs jaguar on you tube. Fairly informative. You won't get anymore info unless PCNA releases something to you which I'm sure they won't. Also an in depth article in an Excellence magazine about 2 years ago.
