If your open to a Bay Area dealer, call Porsche Burlingame. Gave me 7% off a custom ordered 16 GTS when allocations were drying up.

Nice work. I like your depreciation numbers and never thought of adjusting it for mileage.

I ordered 2017 Carrera S at the end of May and the ETA is 8/19/16 and I’m thinking about a lease. Does this sound about right?: $1544 mo. + tax (30 month/7500 yr./$3595 total drive off) based on selling price of $111873 (118,385 less 5.5% discount).

Sounds high to me. I am under $1500 plus tax with a sticker of $124,000 on a 2017 C2 cab. 30/7500/same drive off. My guess is they are hiking up your money factor.

First Post. Long time Lurker. I might buy my first Porsche. = ) I am not happy with my M4.

Can someone please tell me what I can expect to lease a 2017 Carrera S for? I would want 12K-15K of miles a year too.

First dealer I asked told me 1800ish. Does that sound right?

you might want to consider a Penfed payment saver loan. I just discovered their max loan amount has been raised from $70K to $100K, so puts them in play for 911's. And since you are buying the car (with a balloon payment model) you get the tax advantage on your trade in most states (assuming you have a trade). On a $100k loan for 36 months on a '17 CS they're showing a payment of about $1,000 per month with a residual (final payment) of about $70K.

What are people seeing as discounts on a leftover 16s?

You guys post like you aren't going to lose $50K in depreciation?

I am going to buy a new Turbo S when my car is ready for a new owner.

I just sold my Turbo S, that is a car I would never buy new again unless you can find a great discount. The immediate hit is huge. I thought about trading it in 3 months after I purchased it and on a $205K MSRP car they offered me $165K in trade in across several different dealers. Between that 3rd month and the 28th month it depreciated to $140K which is tolerable.

But that first step is a doozy..

Well my car is ready to get picked up at Beverly Hills Porsche and I get a message from my SA: Payment has increases from $1544/month to $1674!

Have the lease programs changed since May 28th?
