That's the BIG question Dalema. I was hoping to do paint correction/wrap/nano near Stuttgart. Unfortunately, Porsche's preferred vendor does neither paint correction nor Xpel. (I suspect his not offering paint correction on new cars is out of fear of insulting the factory.)
If I can find a reputable, quality vendor I'll wrap the car overseas. If not, I'm going to cover it in Tractape, drive what'll look like a used condom throughout Europe (photo shoot anyone? haha) and then PPF the car right once back in the States by someone I trust.

Hey Xpel, it seems that Germany and most of Europe currently approach PPF differently than us in North America. There's not a ton of feedback in German forums on either shop, certainly not enough to entrust my Targa to.
Still trying to research but reconciled to Plan B: covering the car in Tractape and utilizing a shop in the States when the car's shipped home.

Congrats on a great build! Thanks for posting, I've enjoyed reading it!
You can always plasti-dip the leading edges if you don't want to leave tape on it for an extended period of time...3-5 coats and it will literally peel right off. Just a suggestion!

Please welcome the future second owner of the Blue Baron circa 2051... and our newest addition to the family. We call him Bash for short.
Mellow dude. Bold name.
Born 3/6/16. 6lbs 12 oz. 100% organic.
* As I've not seen our .1 GTS Targa yet, this photo admittedly doesn't contain the typically requisite car content. Thanks for the latitude and know all future photos will be 991-centric in some form.

Congrats!! Surely he will enjoy his rides in the car as much as my son relishes his in the GTS. Exposing mine to the Porsche brand has been one of the most rewarding experiences.
