A sunny day in WA with a convertible is something to get excited about, in CA half the time you just want to put the (hot) black convertible roof up and blast the A/C.

Frankly, who gives a sh*tt about ride height when you are on the inside driving it like you stole it along some back country roads (blind hills and curves taken into consideration)? But then I'm commenting coming off a day of driving for driving's sake. These cars cost $$ but driving them as the engineers intended makes it all worthwhile.

I am not imune to how these cars look - that's why I do concours - but I'm overcoming my addiction to just go with the drive. Tony- I have no doubt that you have a myriad of options for "the drive" in CT. Enjoy the drive!

Very nice GTS! Congrats! I did not find the "Hot for sale thread" until after I bought my car, but was very excited when I found mine mentioned. If I had found that thread earlier I probably would have been a Porsche owner for much longer now!

Nice Agate GTS Cab. I just purchased my first Porsche, also a GTS Cab, but in Carmine. Took her out a couple of times as the weather is starting to improve. The exhaust sound with the top down is incredible - try going under a bridge and downshifting - sounds like an F1 car and scares the heck out of any critters hanging out

IMHO many do give a s_ _t regarding ride height. Checking the box for Spasm, Pasm, aftermarket lowering springs, etc., and pay extra for it. Gives these cars a cool, slightly more aggressive stance, along with added bendfit of LCG

Plate should sometimes be about the driver, not the car, so I suggest:

You definitely qualify as "Vintage"
