Was a base 991 3.4 offered with LSD and a manual transmission?
If I'm correct, PTV is standard on the S, but an option on the base C? Is or was the dif option only offered with PDK?

Yes, although I don't think it was offered at launch.
I have a base 991 with an electronic LSD (PTV Plus) with PDK. With the manual I'm sure it was just called PTV and was mechanical.
It is 7 kinds of awesome......
