2013 vs 2014 C4s
Looks like I might be replacing our 2012.5 C2s cab. I'm planning to move to a C4s cab. I'm curious about any changes between the 2013 and 2014 model years. (Or 2012.5 vs 2013 vs 2014).
I know that the 2013 7MT w/Sports Chrono included auto-rev matching vs the 2012.5s but that's about the only thing I can think of.
Any help all you Rennlisters? (Note I've tried various searches with no relevant hits).

No discernible difference between the 13 or 14. Buy the best example for you.

not sure if this helps, but I went from a 2013 C2S to a 2014 C4S
From what i was told the rev matching option that came with sports chrono option was on all C4 and C4S's in 2013, but only in the second half of the C2S production (i think the cutoff was June 2013 build,,,,,not 100% sure)
As for other differences, the only thing I've noticed that my 2014 has that my 2013 didn't have was the Aha radio integration in my PCM which I never use. Other than that,,,,for me there were no noticeable differences

First - thanks for confirming my suspicions and for clarifying when the auto rev matching came to the C4s and C2s.
As to why an all wheel drive sports car? Well I could cite all kinds of performance points based on professional race cars and track cars or various aspects of all weather driving related to all wheel vs rear wheel (and I know RWD Porsches can be great winter cars with the proper tires). Why are turbos AWD?
Or I could simply state personal preference based on my personal experience.
For me it's the last reason pure and simple.

I just bought a 2007 C4S because I wanted the larger hips. But interestingly I have fallen for AWD for the way it launches when I put my foot in it.
I'm now thinking of a 991 GTS vs C4S and though the GTS has more power, there may be more thrill with AWD. I'm up in the air about it.
FWIW I drive a cab simply because I like to drop the top, especially in fall, winter, and spring.

C4 GTS is the answer you seek.
