Got it in yesterday and am enjoying it so far on the street. I plan to lap time with and without it next at a local track.
Getting the carpet out which is not really held in by much, took longer than it did to unplug the old pasm box and plug in TPC Velocity controller for 991. The harness requires a diagonal slide of the locking portion, just take your time. Ez to figure out.
The new box makes normal a usable mode for me, whereas before it was too softly dampened for my higher rate KW coils that are on the car. Feels like a win.
The car is more stable over dips and bumps. Especially at speed.
Sport now feels just right driven aggressively but it's so hard to approach the limits I really need to wait for a track day to try out sport with any real results I can report back with.
Just like the one I got for my 997, it's a fresh take on pasm. It's two modes like oe. The flanges are a bit thicker than oe but really not an issue. It's a discernible difference in feel as soon as u try it with it plugged in.

Yes we are now controlling the dynamic engine mount with these V2 controllers. In fact, our engineer, Michael Levitas, discovered that Porsche left a hole in the G table for low levels of load, creating a brief moment of full soft when, for example, making quick lateral transitions. He filled in this hole and said it made a huge difference on tracks like VIR going up through the esses.

it took me about 15 minutes to install in my car, its fully reversible, and did
not require any modifications its plug and play... couldnt be much easier if
they tried

I know where it installs on the cabriolet, I believe it is located behind the rear seats on the coupe, but I am not certain about that!

Great. Thanks for the response. Sounds very easy.

it really is ... hardest part for me was finding the PASM controller - no one knew where it was on the cabriolet (not even several dealers) TPC can tell you where
its located on the Coupe ...
I only managed a short test drive, but I really noticed that the road fell was more compliant than OEM.

Sorry no, PASM is basically an intelligent and dynamic suspension mechanism, that is based upon dynamically adjustable shocks/dampers that are controlled
by the PASM (or DSC) module.
In short, your car would need the shocks (as well) in order to work.. and I
dont think they can be retrofitted retroactively!

thru a small gap and reaching back into the rear compartment under the
rear window!
