Too hot to do anything except sit inside in the air conditioning, so thought I'd load these up.

The 993 was set up nicely. Tracked out, cage, racing seats. I'd love to drive one on track and get a feel for an older 911. One day!

Your GTS looks awesome on track. Does your GTS have SPASM? PDCC? It looks like there is nearly zero body roll.

I have SPASM only (no PDCC)

So how does the GTS compare on track to the GT3? I am contemplating both cars
I would really love back seats to take the kids with me once and a while and I track a pretty dominate beast in a 1800lb 300HP Lotus Exige,
So I want to make sure the GTS will bring enough excitement on track If I sell the Exige. Im a PCA Red/Instructor level driver.

At buttonwillow best I've run in the GTS is 1:58:4 (only been twice with this car and it's hotter time of year). Best I've seen from the GT3 is 1:54-55. Which seems in line with the car magazines. Sure with the same tires could be a second or so closer as the GTS is on street Pirelli pzero and GT3 on dunlops/cup2. I find the 991 super easy to drive fast and very confidence inspiring. The engine revs nicely and makes some pretty sounds. Mines manual so keeps me entertained.
