Wise choice. Mind posting all your options? I know you said you went light on them which is find. The GTS doesn't need many. Did you do SPASM?

Great choice on GT Silver and the duck!

Coupe?

Here is my options, can change til the Sept 10th

1. Gt Silver c2s Coupe MT
2. Thought about SPASM but my driveway is too steep in one spot ( Tried it with a dealer car)
3. Ducktail
4. Model deletion on the back . Just says Porsche
5. Garnet/Black with silver aluminum trim, standard 4 way sport seats with the silver back
6. Porsche Crests on seats
7. Sat radio but not Bose (Never used all the nice radios Iv had in prior cars ) but wanted Sat
8.Smokers and passenger luggage net

Nice build. Well thought through. Too bad about SPASM. Only one comment - did you consider carbon fiber interior trim? It's relatively inexpensive on the GTS model and (imo) really makes the Garnett/Black interior even more sporty.

Good thought hickley ! did not think about the carbon fibre trim . You are correct it looks nice for not a great amount of cash. I will mull that one over and make yet another trip to my dealer to look at it !

Hope it works out for you. Fwiw, if you select carbon fiber on the dash, the configurator will force you to select either additional cost carbon fiber or no-cost leather on the center console. I think the no-cost leather looks better there.

The carbon would look sweet. Good consideration.

Some of the interior stuff isn't too bad in pricing. A few upgrades make a big difference.

BTW, I manually de-badged my model designation. Left Porsche emblem and added GTS right in the middle under Porsche. Looks great

How hard was that to do and what did you use to reattach the GTS logo? is it just glued on in someway?

Keep in mind, if you only get the "Porsche" badge they will put it a bit lower and more centered height wise.

If you plan on putting anything BELOW it, do not delete model designation. Best to take off the second line yourself and switch it up if you like.

+1 I specced my car with "Porsche" & "911" thinking I would replace the "911" with "911 GTS" once I figured out the correct spacing...

This just what my dealer told me too. So I ordered the 16 GTS! They said the GTS won't appear again 2018 or so

just in time for a lease 'pull fwd' if necessary - also, get the car you want to enjoy now ... who knows what life would bring...

After this last week on the stock mkt I'm not sure I would be in a position to order the GTS that I have now ... so I'm happy that I ordered it when I did and
got to do this with it!
